The bar code couldn’t be scanned in the shop. What could have been the problem?
The Yudonpay team is continuously working on implementing improvements to make the user experience even better. If you couldn’t scan the bar code in the shop, we suggest you enlarge the code by clicking on it. When you click on it, it will open in full screen.
Additionally, depending on the scanner, some establishments are unable to read bar codes if the brightness on the screen is too low. Make sure your screen’s brightness is not at its lowest and try scanning again.
If neither one of these options worked, you can always give your membership number, email address or ID number (depending on the Club’s registration system) at checkout to collect the points you’ve earned.
